Your e-vote on pay should have arrived today via email (March 10th) – check your inbox and vote YES.

This is not a formal legal strike ballot – it’s a vote to show support for industrial action if COSLA doesn’t improve their 3% pay offer by March 31.

We asked for 6.5% – 3% doesn’t cover rising costs and is a real-terms pay cut.

A strong YES vote puts pressure on COSLA to come back with a better offer.
