ANNUAL & RENEWAL FEES
‼️ SSSC FEES FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT WORKERS ARE NOW BEING PAID BY THE SCOTTISH GOVERNMENT SO THERE IS NO ASSOCIATED COST.
HOWEVER,
WHEN APPLYING FOR OR RENEWING YOUR REGISTRATION ON MySSSC YOU SHOULD CONTINUE TO COMPLETE ALL RELEVANT PAPERWORK AND SELECT THE PAYMENT OPTION ‘I WORK FOR A LOCAL AUTHORITY’ ( local council) -THIS MEANS YOU WON’T NEED TO PAY A FEE.
SSSC WON’T BE ISSUING INVOICES FOR FEES DUE BY LOCAL AUTHORITY EMPLOYEES. INSTEAD, YOU SHOULD RECEIVE AN EMAIL ADVISING YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY A FEE.‼️
SSSC WILL STOP REMOVALS OF NON-PAYMENT OF FEES BY LOCAL AUTHORITY EMPLOYEES FROM 1st NOVEMBER 2022. HOWEVER, THEY WILL CONTINUE TO REMOVE REGISTRANTS WHO FAIL TO COMPLETE THEIR RENEWAL FORM SO YOU MUST STILL COMPLETE THIS.
