Local Government Pay Update: New Pay Offer Received
Improved pay offer made to unions in bid to halt pending bin strikes.
COSLA confirmed it has increased its previous offer of 3.2% which was previously rejected by unions GMB Scotland, Unison and Unite.
Under the proposed deal, workers would receive at least a 3.6% uplift in pay.
UNISON Scotland’s Local Government Committee will revise the latest pay offer on Monday morning and as soon as our branch has further details, we will let our members know.
