Eleanor Haggett

It’s with great sadness that we notify you that Eleanor Haggett passed away this morning (12th August).

Throughout her many years as a trade unionist Eleanor supported thousands of our members and did so with great compassion and empathy.

Eleanor held many positions over the years within UNISON, laterally she was our Labour Link Officer but no matter what position she held she worked tirelessly for the benefit of our members.

Eleanor was part of our UNISON Fife family and we will all miss her. Our hearts go out to her family and we ask that you hold them in your thoughts and prayers over the coming days.

For anyone who wishes to say their goodbyes to Eleanor the

funeral arrangements are Thursday 5th September at 1.15pm at Dunfermline Crematorium then afterward at The Garvock House Hotel, Dunfermline.
