Key elements of your pay offer –

COSLA’S pay offer is a rise of 67p per hour or 3.6% whichever is greater.

A 67p per hour uplift would give a flat rate increase depending on how many hours per week you work.

Employers calculate annual salary scales based on different working weeks.

This means if you work:

35 hour week = annual salary increase of £1,222

36 hour week = annual salary increase of £1,257

37 hour week = annual salary increase of £1,292

The transition from £0.67 to 3.6% is at SCP 56 (£36,294). At SCP 72 (£45,145) your salary increases by £1,620 to £46,766.
