The National Social Work Agency will soon be working with CoSLA and Social Work Scotland on developing a Workforce Plan for the Social Work.
CoSLA will lead on this and UNISON is determined that it must deliver for the workforce and not just the employers.
What will a Scotland-wide Social Work Workforce Plan look like? What will it do?
- Will it be of benefit to social workers and others?
- Will it address the current crisis in social work?
- How will social workers be able to influence it?
