UNISON Pay Ballot – Pay Update

Your consultative ballot should be dropping into your mailbox on Monday 10th March.

Our members are already telling us they have received their ballot and have voted.

This is not a formal legal strike ballot – it is a vote to show support for industrial action if COSLA does not improve their 3% pay offer by the 31st March.

We asked for 6.5% – the 3% offered does not even cover rising costs and is a real-terms pay cut.

A strong YES vote puts pressure on COSLA to come back with a better offer.

Ballot closes: 27th March at 5pm – Every vote matters!
